Offices for One to Ten People
We have offices of varying sizes which can help to accommodate different
people's needs. So if you are looking for single offices or larger suites
we may be able to meet your requirements. All offices have at least 4
telephone sockets (Cat v) to allow for voice, fax, Internet and network
connections.

Reception, Phone Answering & Messages
The reception desk is manned from 0900-1700 and all incoming calls are
answered with your individual trading name. Outgoing calls are direct
dial and invoiced on a monthly basis. Messages will be taken when you
are not available and are passed on verbally, in note form or by email.
Access to your Own Office
The building is routinely open 0830-1800 Monday to Friday. Outside these
hours you can have access with your own keys and code for the alarm system.
Heating is normally available over the weekend. Ample daytime parking
is available to the rear of the building.
Full Reception Facilities
Reception is manned front 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday and will welcome
your visitors and make them comfortable until you arrive. Tea, coffee
and water are available on arrival.
Conference Room
A conference room is available within the building so that you can have
meetings on site if required. The room seats 10 people and a computer
projector, overhead projector and screen are available.
Parking Facilities
There are ample facilities for each office user to park on-site during
normal office hours. Overnight parking will be subject to extra charge.
Visitor parking is available.
Kitchen Facilities
There are kitchen facilities available as well as hot drink dispensing
machines and water dispensers.
Rates, Heat, Light & Power
Your business rates, electricity and central heating bills are included
in your single monthly payment of rent.
Office Furnishing
Each office is newly decorated for each arriving tenant and furnished
with desks, tables, office and visitor chairs. Other items (Filing cabinets,
shelves, printer tables, etc) can be supplied to tenants if required. Tenants can
bring their own furniture
Insurance
PBC insures the building and its own items of property. Your own equipment
should be separately insured by yourself. You should have a 3rd Party and
Employers Liability policy of your own.
Incoming & Outgoing Post
Incoming post is sorted each morning at 0900 so that it is there for you
when you start your working day. Outgoing post is collected by the Royal
Mail at 1630. All outgoing post is logged in PBC's postal recording system
(Addressee, weight, type & tariff) and you will be invoiced monthly.
